Trade In, Trade Up!!!!!
Have existing equipment that you would like to trade in toward your new Art Audio gear, we are happy to help.
Art Audio Gear:
We will accept trade-ins on ALL Art Audio equipment regardless of current condition toward purchase of new gear. Please provide current photos, description of the condition of your gear along with the Serial # and we will give you a quote on the value of your gear. If you accept, we will send you a shipping label and upon receipt will validate condition and finalize transaction.
All Other Gear:
We will accept trade-ins on most working competitive gear. Please provide current photos and a description of the condition of your gear. Ideally we would like the original purchase price, year of purchase and number of owners if you are not the original owner. If it is tube gear and you would like credit for newish tubes, please provide a recent receipt for your purchase and we will provide you a quote and the balance of the process will be the same as Art Audio Gear.
We will consider non-working competitive gear on a case-by-case basis. We will not accept cables of any sort on trade, tubes independent of a component and it is unlikely that we will accept phono cartridges.
So you want to make a trade:
If you would like to trade in your gear please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following info:
1. A description of your equipment, exact model #, and Serial #, etc...
2. Include whether you have the original box, manual and remote if applicable
3. Photos of your equipment including closeups of blemishes. Most of the time these are normal and will have no impact on quoted price.
Upon receipt we will validate described condition including if it works as described. If there is a significant deviation in condition from what is described, a revised quote will be offered. If this is unacceptable, buyer will pay return shipping for their product.
In case of in-transit damage, product will be insured and original quote will hold. To minimize risk of in-transit damage customer MUST ship equipment double boxed.
All equipment will be photographed and/or videoed during unboxing to validate condition in case of a dispute.
